PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

The order is delivered after 100% payment of the order on the website. The order formation period is 1-3 working days after payment. The order assembly period can be extended during the start of a new collection, sale or on holidays. After the parcel is transferred to the transport company, a tracking number for tracking the parcel is sent to the email address that was specified in the order. In case of refusal to receive the order, the shipping cost will not be refunded. 

The delivery period begins to be calculated from the first working day after the receipt of the letter with the track number. Non-public holidays from Monday to Friday are considered working days. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not included in the delivery time. State, regional and local holidays are taken into account, as well as holidays established on the territory of the country of delivery.

Courier delivery from 1000 rubles. The order is delivered after 100% prepayment on the website, personally in hand within a day after its registration, subject to the formation of the order before 13.00 of the current day. At your request, it is possible to arrange delivery for any other day or time. Upon delivery of the order, you pay the courier only the cost of delivery. The delivery period is one day. The goods are shipped daily from 10:00 to 22:00 (on holidays and weekends, the terms may increase). In case of refusal to purchase the order delivered to you, you will need to pay for the courier’s departure to you and delivery of the goods by courier to the warehouse.

COURIER DELIVERY WITH FITTING ONLY IN MOSCOW AND THE MOSCOW REGION

To place an order with a fitting in Moscow and the Moscow region, select “Payment upon receipt” on the website. Our manager will contact you to clarify the order and agree on the delivery time. At your request, it is possible to arrange delivery for any other day or time. Payment for the selected product is made after fitting. Upon delivery of the order, you pay the courier only the cost of delivery. The delivery period is one day. In case of refusal to purchase the order delivered to you, you will need to pay for the courier’s departure to you and delivery of the goods by courier to the warehouse.

DELIVERY OF GOODS IN RUSSIA

Delivery with fitting in Russia is not carried out.

PICKUP FROM THE SDEC PICK-UP POINT

The order will be delivered to the pick-up point, which will be selected by you from the list when placing the order. The modes of operation of the pick-up points can be specified on the website of the SDEC company. The period of free storage of the parcel at the order pick-up point is 7 days. Upon receipt of the goods, you must present an identity document. If the recipient of the order is not the person who made the purchase, he must present a written permission to receive the goods and a copy of the buyer’s identity card.
