EXCHANGE AND REFUND
RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS WHEN BUYING IN RETAIL STORES
The buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days, not counting the day of purchase. The return or exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if the specified goods were not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and there is also a sales receipt or a cash receipt or other document confirming payment for the specified goods*.
RETURN OF GOODS WHEN BUYING IN AN ONLINE STORE
The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Goods at any time before receiving it, notifying the sender beforehand, and after receiving the Goods, within 7 (seven) days** when buying in the online store. The parcel is sent by any courier company, all shipping costs are carried out by the customer. The return of Goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, factory labels, seals, labels, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods are preserved. It is not possible to return used goods***.
PROCESSING TIME AND REFUND
The period of processing and approval of the return is 10 days from the moment we receive your return parcel. After the refund is approved, we will transfer the funds to the card or bank account from which the order was paid on the official website. In case of problems with the payment, we will contact you to clarify the details. Please note that the refund depends on the processing speed of the transaction by your Bank and can take up to 30 banking days. Please note that all costs for the return of the goods, as well as customs and other additional fees (for international shipments) are paid by the buyer, according to the tariffs of transport companies and customs duties of the host country. MAKING A RETURN OF THE GOODS
The date of the actual dispatch of the order by courier must be no later than the 7th day after receiving the goods from the online store. Please note that the costs of returning the goods are paid by the buyer.

Fill out the return form provided. All fields are required.
Carefully pack the goods using branded packaging, attach the return form.
